What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, email address, subject and message. We use these only to answer you and to arrange an appointment.
- Booking requests. If you book by WhatsApp, phone or email, we keep the details you send us so we can confirm and run the session.
- Health information you choose to share. If you tell us about an injury, a condition or an area to avoid, we record it only to make the treatment safe. You are never required to share it through the website.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider logs IP addresses and browser details for security and troubleshooting.
Legal basis
We process contact and booking data to take steps at your request before entering an agreement, and to provide the service you booked. Security logs are kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a safe website. Health details are processed only with your explicit consent, given when you tell us about them.
Who else sees your data
- Hostinger hosts the website and stores form submissions on its servers in the EU.
- Google receives anonymous traffic statistics if analytics are enabled on the site.
- WhatsApp (Meta) processes any conversation you start through the WhatsApp button, under its own terms.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are kept for up to two years, then deleted. Booking and treatment notes are kept for as long as you remain a client and for the period Spanish law requires afterwards. Server logs are kept for a short period set by the host.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to it. Write to armonia.studiobcn@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, at aepd.es.
Cookies
The site sets only the cookies WordPress needs to work. If analytics or marketing cookies are added later, a consent banner will ask you first.
Changes
If this notice changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
