What happens on the day
- A short conversation. We ask what is bothering you, what you want from the session, and anything to avoid.
- The treatment. 1 hr 30 min in a private, quiet room. Pressure is adjusted as we go, just say the word.
- Time to come back. A few minutes to sit up slowly, plus a note on what to do over the next days.

- Private studio in Barcelona. The exact address is sent with your booking confirmation.
- Arrive five minutes early so the session starts on time.
- Let us know at least 24 hours ahead if you need to move the appointment.
